Can I cancel a tour and get a refund?

Yes. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. You can choose a refund or reschedule, depending on availability.

How long are tours?

Most of our jeep tours last approximately 4 to 6 hours. This allows ample time to explore various sites and enjoy activities. We ensure a relaxed pace for everyone.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing, swimwear under your clothes if you plan to swim, and sturdy shoes suitable for walking on uneven terrain. Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.

Are tours family-friendly?

Yes. Our tours are suitable for children and families, with stops and activities that everyone can enjoy.

Do you provide food?

Light refreshments may be included, but we recommend bringing your own snacks and water for extra comfort during the tour.

What happens in case of rain or bad weather?

If the weather doesn’t allow the tour to run, we’ll reschedule it for the next available date. If rescheduling doesn’t work for you, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before.

Can I swim during a tour?

Yes. Some tours stop at Baby Beach for around 30 minutes, where guests can swim and relax.

Are there restroom break during the tours?

Yes. Most stops along the tour have restroom facilities available.
